Learn from a working musician
Nic studied music at the University of North Texas and earned a Keyboard Player of the Year nomination in the Dallas/Fort Worth music scene at just 20 years old. He spent more than a decade performing across the globe as a studio musician and live performer, sharing stages with legends like Willie Nelson, Ray Wylie Hubbard and Pat Green, and later mentored volunteer musicians and students as a church worship leader.

Lessons are open to beginners through advanced players on piano, guitar and bass. In-person lessons are held in a quiet, acoustically treated studio near downtown Georgetown. Parents are required to accompany all students under 18.

What age can a child start music lessons?
Students can start at 6 years old. A parent is required to accompany any student under 18.
Do I need my own instrument?
Yes, every student needs their own instrument to practice on. Guitar and bass students bring theirs to each lesson. Piano students need a piano at home, but there is one at the studio, so there is nothing to bring.
Do you offer online or virtual music lessons?
Yes. Online lessons, also called virtual lessons, are the same one-on-one lessons by video, for $40 per half hour. All you need is your instrument and a good, clear internet connection.
How do I pay for lessons?
You can pay for each lesson when it is finished, or pay monthly, whichever is easiest for you.
What is the cancellation policy for lessons?
Lessons need to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the lesson fee is still due. If the student is unwell, the lesson can be switched to an online lesson instead. The full terms are in the lesson agreement.
