This agreement covers live music performances by Nic Whitworth for weddings, private parties and other events. Please read it before booking.
1. Securing your date
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the performance fee is due at the time of booking. Your date is secured once the deposit is received. Until then, the date is not held and may be offered to someone else.
2. Balance
The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event, before the performance begins.
3. How to pay
Payments can be made by Venmo or PayPal. Nic will send payment details when he confirms your booking.
4. Cancellations
The deposit holds your date for you, so it is non-refundable if you cancel, no matter how much notice is given. To cancel, call (512) 944-8858 or email nicholsmakesmusic@gmail.com.
5. If Nic has to cancel
If Nic is unable to perform, any payments you have made are refunded in full.

Paying the deposit confirms that you have read this agreement and agree to it.
